How To Use a Facial Steam
It’s easier than it sounds.
Bring a pot or kettle of water to a boil and pour it into a heat safe bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of your facial steam blend directly to the water. Let it steep for about a minute so the botanicals can open up.
After making sure the water or steam isn’t too hot for your skin, lean over the bowl, drape a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe. Stay there for five to ten minutes. Let your face soften. Let your breath slow down.
That’s the whole ritual. No equipment, no complicated steps, not a lot of time away from your day.
