Orders and Payments
By placing an order on InfusedHealing.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Processing times and shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page at /shipping-returns.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Infused Healing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us if you experience any issues and we will do our best to help.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
